Alignment

If you’re a guy, please do me a huge favor and take this completely anonymous survey. It will take you maybe 5 minutes.

What are your priorities?
What truly matters to you?
What are you chasing - personally, professionally, relationally?
And what values are driving those pursuits?
Now take a look back. Look at your decisions from the past day, week, and month. From Q1.
If I looked at those choices, would I land on the same list of priorities and values you just named?
Would your actions confirm your goals or contradict them?
Would I see someone who says they want to grow, but constantly chooses comfort? Someone who says they want to get better, but keeps making excuses? Someone who says they care about others, but makes decisions that only serve themselves?
Frustration and disappointment often stem from one thing: misalignment.
When who we say we want to be doesn’t match what we actually do.
So take a breath.
Be honest.
Where are you out of alignment? Where are your actions falling short of your intentions?
Now what? You do what you need to do.
Make the necessary changes. Hold yourself accountable. Live by your standards, not your excuses.
