Anything is possible

I’m currently on a plane to spend a couple of days helping an organization become better leaders and performers. If you are a leader who wants to get better and wants your team/organization to get better, reply to this message to see how we can help.

I already had yesterday’s newsletter written before Indiana won the National Championship. So we’ll address that today.
Indiana won the National Championship. The worst program in the history of college football (most losses) until 2025.
No 10-win seasons in their history. 3 bowl wins (the last one being in 1991). Last conference championship was 1967.
And they just won the National Championship. It’s one of, if not the, greatest stories in the history of sports.
They didn’t complain about the current college athletics landscape. They didn’t complain about their history. They didn’t let their past limit or define them. They didn’t care who the opponent was.
And now they are national champions.
Anything is possible. Stop making excuses. Stop focusing on your past and your failures and your mistakes. Own today. Win today. Take control of your present and your future.
