One thing I’ve learned from the best leaders (regardless of industry):

They know who they are.

They learn from others, they study what works in other organizations and teams. But they don’t try to copy anybody. They know what their strengths are. They know what their weaknesses are. They live from that awareness and confidence.

Learn from them. Be like you. Authenticity wins.
