Bad day?

A bad moment doesn’t make a bad day. A bad 10 minutes doesn’t make a bad day.

It can be a bad moment. It can be a bad 10 minutes. But there was much more to the day. A basketball player doesn’t miss a shot and say, “I played a bad game.” No, they just had a bad shot. It was one moment in the the midst of many.

Today will have many moments. Don’t let one dictate the rest, simply because it was difficult or didn’t go the way you wanted.

Have a short memory, see the bigger picture and keep moving forward.
