Be better and get better.

Thursday, February 12

Most people don’t want to get better.

They want to be better, but not get better.

Being better means you already have the skills, abilities, mindset, results. Of course people want that.

But getting better means to do the work. To fail. To doubt. To take risk. To be uncomfortable. To do work when nobody is watching and nobody cares. To be honest with yourself.

Simply put, getting better means you earn the right to be better.

And most people won’t do that. If you become that kind of person, you have the ultimate advantage.
