Who are you becoming?

Tuesday, May 21

You are a product of your environment. This is another way of saying you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.

Which means you have to be honest about your environment. What does it celebrate? What does it encourage? What does it produce?

Is it an environment that is challenging, inspiring, motivating? Does it produce growth, resilience and require the best version of you? Or is it defeating, exhausting and negative? Does it allow you to do just enough to get by while staying stuck in the rut of comfort and average?

What about your environment needs to change? What needs to added or removed to produce new outcomes? Better cultures create better habits. And if you can’t change your environment, it’s time to look in the mirror.

When you can’t change your environment, be the change in your environment.
