Do your beliefs make you better?

That’s a question each of us has to wrestle with. Why? Because our words and our actions - and, ultimately, our outcomes - come from our beliefs.

What we believe shapes what we do.
Belief shapes what we work on and how we work on it.
Belief shapes how we see people and how we lead them.
Belief shapes how we view ourselves and how we treat ourselves.

Lack of effort comes from lack of belief.
Lack of leadership comes from lack of belief.
Lack of consistency comes from lack of belief.
Lack of trust comes from lack of belief.

If your actions aren’t leading you to good places - in your work, in your health, in your influence, in your relationships - check your beliefs.

Believe what makes you better.
