Conquer yourself

Wednesday, January 22

To help you/your team launch into 2025 with intention, I’m offering half off my virtual team sessions in January. These will be 1 hour sessions with your team, covering your pick of topic: leadership, mindset, communication, overcoming adversity, the process of greatness. More than thirty teams across a variety of industries have already claimed spots. If you’re interested, just shoot me an email here.

And if you’re a leader in sports, be sure to join our new community here.

You can be outraged. You can be upset. You can be offended. The question is, where does that lead you?

Does it make you more productive, more focused, more positive, more resilient? Does it move you forward?

Or does it make you stuck? Does it distract you? Does it deplete your energy?

Things won’t go as you want them to. People will do and say things you didn’t want them to do or say. And your emotions will want to take over. They’ll convince you that you are “right” to not only feel this way, but respond this way. And then tomorrow, what they’ll leave you with is regret. Regret for knowing you should’ve responded better. For knowing you should’ve lived the standard.

So today, choose to respond better. Choose to think better. Choose to let your standard win out over your emotions and feelings. Because the one who can manage their emotions is the one who can master their life.
