Control yourself.

You can’t control your boss.
You can’t control your team.
You can’t control your family.
You can’t control competition.
You can’t control politics.
You can’t control news.

The one and only thing you can control is you.

Our days are often full of chaos. People all around us acting in their own self-interest, not controlling themselves, not managing their emotions, not communicating as clearly as they should, etc. And too often it makes us want to do the same thing. It knocks us off of our path, off of our standard.

The advantage in the chaos belongs to the one who can be calm, who can be clear, who can know who they are, what they are about, and act accordingly.

The advantage belongs to those who control themselves.
