Deceived

Thursday, November 21

A reminder: to help you/your team launch into 2025 with intention, I’m offering half off my virtual team sessions in December and January. These will be 1 hour sessions with your team. If you’re interested, just shoot me an email here.

Fear often disguises itself as reason.

It makes itself sound logical, safe, comfortable, wise.

Fear: Don’t speak up in that meeting, they’ll ignore you
Your mind: That’s true. I don’t want to be ignored.

Fear: Don’t apply for that job. You’ll be embarrassed if they don’t hire you.
Your mind: That’s true. I don’t want to embarrass myself.

Fear makes you believe the outcome is already determined and that it will be negative. It’s the only reasonable outcome, according to fear.

Don’t let fear deceive you. Recognize it. Address it. Fight it with truth. Then move forward on becoming the best version of you.
