Discipline and drift

Monday, June 30
What area of your life is lacking discipline?
Your health, your words, your mindset, your communication, your leadership, your family?
Where discipline is lacking, we drift to what is easiest and most comfortable. And it is typically those areas that are causing the most stress in our life. It is these areas where we feel a lack of peace, a lack of impact, a lack of progress.
Why? Because we are drifting. We are not being intentional. It’s not about being perfect in every area, but it is about giving every area the attention - and discipline - it deserves.
It’s easy to drift, which is why we must make the necessary decision each day to be about getting better. To pursue purpose and progress, not comfort. To live the standard we say we’ve committed to.
Find where you are drifting, and choose discipline instead. Live intentionally.
