The number one threat to your growth is your ego.

It will cause you to be uncoachable.
It will cause you to ignore feedback.
It will cause you to compare.
It will cause you to be complacent.
It will cause you to reject accountability.
It will cause you to be stubborn when you should be flexible.
It will cause you to get defensive.
It will cause you to make excuses.
It will cause you to blame others.

If you want to get better, humility is required.
