You don’t need credit. You aren’t defined by wins. You don’t just show up when the boss or coach is watching. You don’t give your best based on your circumstances. You don’t just give max effort only when it benefits you.

You show up. You do what’s required. No motivation needed. No reward necessary. No win promised.

Excellence is a choice in how you show up each day. And the only person who can make the choice for you is you.
