Excellence

Tuesday, December 3

To help you/your team launch into 2025 with intention, I’m offering half off my virtual team sessions in December and January. These will be 1 hour sessions with your team. If you’re interested, just shoot me an email here.

Excellence is not an accident.

Whether you’re talking about leadership, mindset, physical fitness, communication, marriage, friendships, finances, or a specific skill you are developing.

Nobody is excellent on accident. It takes years and years of consistent effort. Of doing things that aren’t convenient. Of fighting through fear. Of overcoming your desire for comfort. Of failing and getting back up. Of wrestling with doubt.

This is why most people settle for average. They say they want excellent - they definitely want (and sometimes think they deserve) the rewards that come with being excellent. But they bail at the slightest inconvenience or adversity or fear.

If you want to be excellent at what you do, it’s not about today, it’s about five, ten, fifteen years from now. But you don’t get to excellence tomorrow without showing up on purpose today.
