Fear is self-focused.

Fear is about creating the illusion that it is keeping you safe, keeping you comfortable, keeping you protected.

Except fear is lying to you about these things.

Because what it is really doing is keeping you from growing, from thriving, from unlocking your potential.

Fear keeps you safe, from making progress.
Fear keeps you comfortable, with average.
Fear protects you, from becoming your best.

Fear is normal. You just don’t have to believe it.
