Fix it

Flush it or Fix it - just don’t Fixate on it.

A friend said this to me over the weekend, and it’s a game-changer when it comes to handling problems.

When you face an obstacle, worry, or struggle, start with an honest assessment:

Can you fix it? If yes, take action. Even a small step forward is progress.

Can’t fix it? Then flush it—let it go.

The worst thing you can do? Fixate on it.

Fixating doesn’t solve the problem; it only magnifies anxiety. What you focus on gains power, and if you obsess over something beyond your control, it only feels bigger and more overwhelming.

Your problems only control you if you let them. Shift your perspective, take action where you can, and refuse to be ruled by what you can’t change.
