Most of what is going on in the world is worth zero percent of your attention.

The latest internet outrage. The popular viral video. The celebrity gossip. The political controversy. What some influencer said or is trying to sell you. The office drama.

And yet, how much of our attention goes to these things each day? There is a balance between being informed, being entertained and being distracted.

Those who find success (in work, in relationships, in health, in anything) learn to tune out the noise and tune into what matters. They prioritize their energy by prioritizing their attention.

Give your best attention to what matters. Cut out what doesn’t. You’ll only have more progress, but more peace.
