All virtual sessions (60 minutes) booked in January are half off - this is through BETTER as well as me personally (for my non-sports teams/org readers). The session doesn’t have to be in January, just booked during the month. Just reply to this email to lock it in.
Tuesday, January 6
You set goals for 2026. Things you want to do and accomplish.
And then that voice in your head started to whisper.
You set goals last year, too. At least you tried to.
Another year to NOT hit your goals?
You failed last year, you’ll fail again this year.
Might as well quit now and save yourself the trouble.
And maybe there’s a bit of truth into what that voice is saying. Maybe you did give up, maybe you didn’t hit your goals, maybe you did fail.
But last year is last year. And last year doesn’t have to impact this year. The best way to build confidence and trust with yourself is to follow through on your commitments. Not the commitment of losing 50lbs this year. The commitment of getting a workout in today.
Small commitments, where you follow through, train your brain to follow through on the bigger tasks. They build self-confidence and self-trust. So the next time you set a goal your brain remembers, “You’re the kind of person who does what they say they’ll do.”
Follow through on the small actions today. It unlocks elite confidence and follow-through tomorrow.
