Hard work

Most people don’t want to work hard.

I don’t mean that to sound negative, but pay attention to the people around you. Observe human behavior.

Most people will work hard every now and then, but they don’t want to. And they certainly don’t want to work hard for a long time.

They want to coast. They want the easy way out. They want to be rewarded simply for showing up.

Which gives you a massive opportunity. Be clear on your vision, then lock in. Do the work, day in and day out, for a long period of time. This is how you become great, this is how you unlock your potential, this is how you get to where you want to be.

You do what most won’t. Show up, work hard, repeat daily.
