We love to imagine the worst case scenario.
Missing the shot.
Getting our proposal rejected.
Getting fired for a mistake.
Not closing the deal.
Failing the test.
This unnecessary worry just adds stress and anxiety to our life. And then, if the worst case scenario does actually happen (which is very rare), we’ve now experienced it twice. Worrying about it didn’t prevent it. It just doubled our misery.
And if it doesn’t happen, we just wasted time and energy becoming fearful and anxious for no reason.
But if we can use our imagination for bad, we can also use it for good.
What if you imagined the best case scenario?
Making the shot
Having your proposal accepted.
Getting promoted.
Closing the deal.
Passing the test.
When we spend our days believing in the best, we are more likely to create the best.
Better thoughts lead to better actions lead to better outcomes.
Use your imagination for good.
