Leaders: do you fight for those you lead? Do you defend them, go to bat for them, stand up for them? They need to know that you have their back.

Leadership can be lonely. It can be overwhelming, and it can be a burden. Do you fight for your leader (coach, boss, etc)? Do you stand up for them, defend them, go to bat for them? They need to know that you have their back.

It’s natural to fight for yourself. Great teams fight for each other.
