Keep Chopping Wood. Thursday, August 17

Thursday, August 17

Your boss could change for the better.
Your culture could change for the better.
Your health could change for the better.
Your finances could change for the better.
The people around you could change for the better.

And yet, if you don’t change, you’ll still only see the problems around you.

Too often, we think that if everything else gets better, then we’ll be better. If only this perfect scenario of events unfolded, we’d be happy. How many people do you know who have great lives yet still find something to complain about? Their circumstances didn’t change their perspective or change them.

Getting better is about you. Not other people or your circumstances. That’s great news for you because it means you have more control than you realize.

If you want things to get better, if you want to get better, take action.
