What are you doing to your brain?

Negative thoughts cause brain damage. Thoughts are physical things. And when you have a negative thought, it damages your brain. It impacts your ability to focus, to use logic and reason, to be creative, and even to create memories. Negative thoughts limit your brain’s ability to function at its best. Which results in your mind producing more negative thoughts and doing more damage.

Positive thoughts rebuild your brain. They increase your ability to be resilient, to be confident, to be healthy, to focus. They strengthen your brain, which leads to your mind producing more positive thoughts and your brain getting even stronger.

Thinking a negative thought makes it easier to think another negative thought. Thinking a positive thought makes it easier to think another positive thought.

Choose how you think today. When a negative thought pops up, counter it with a positive thought. When a stressful thought pops up, replace it with a peaceful thought.

Train your mind to be an asset, not a liability.
