You may not always have the necessary amount of technical skill. You can always learn and refine your craft, but at some point their may be a limit to what you can do.

The skill you must have, the one that will give you a true competitive advantage, the skill that lifts all other skills, is your skill of continuing to show up. Of fighting through hard days and seasons. Of figuring out the next step. Of not giving.

That skill is an unlimited resource if you choose to tap into it.

Be the kind of person who can withstand challenges. Be the kind of person who can overcome obstacles. Be the kind of person who gets back up. Be the kind of person who keeps showing up.
