Lead yourself
Monday, July 29
You can work on your craft.
You can work on your leadership.
You can work on your culture.
You can work on your communication.
You can work on your discipline.
And you should.
But the thing you should work the hardest on is you. To become an expert in you. How you think, how you operate, how you make decisions, how you change under stress or pressure. If you don’t work to master you, everything else gets more difficult and likely won’t come to fruition.
A lack of self-awareness is a ceiling on your potential. Because if you don’t know yourself, you cannot lead yourself.
Lead yourself first.
