People will misunderstand your goals.
They won’t understand the sacrifices you make.
They’ll question your decisions.

It’s okay, they are not on your journey. They don’t have to understand it. They may even be stuck, and your pursuit of progress makes their insecurity get loud. And rather than choosing to pursue progress themselves, they want to pull you back down to average living.

Your journey is your journey. You don’t need their approval or understanding to get better.
