More reps

I’ve started a side project for men who have drifted off the path and realized they are not where they wanted to be. It’s called NO DRIFT, and the next edition of the newsletter goes out tomorrow. Get it here.

You’re not where you want to be yet.
You’re not as good as you want to be yet.
You’re not ready for the next level yet.
And that’s okay.
You just need more reps.
We love the idea of overnight success, but real growth is built in the shadows, through repetition.
Reps build skill.
Reps build confidence.
Reps build capacity.
The person you admire didn’t magically arrive at excellence. They showed up. Over and over again. When it wasn’t glamorous. When nobody noticed. When it felt like it wasn’t working.
They weren’t “ready” either. They just kept stacking reps until readiness caught up.
So if you feel behind, if you feel unprepared, or if the gap between where you are and where you want to be feels too big, don’t quit. Don’t overanalyze. Don’t doubt.
Just get more reps.
