Obvious
Wednesday, October 23
Change can be overwhelming. We want to be better leaders, build better mindsets, be better communicators, be healthier, be more consistent. It’s enough to make most people quit before they even begin.
One of the questions I get most often from leaders and high-performers is, “Where do I start?”
The simplest answer is this: with the easiest and most obvious thing. Why? Because it’s clear and it’s simple. It’s the thing we already know we need to change, to stop doing or start doing. It’s the thing we’ve been talking about and avoiding. Which makes it the easiest and fastest way to stack a win.
It’s one conversation. One early morning. One healthier meal. One better choice. And then you repeat.
Don’t overcomplicate getting better. Do the obvious, easy, simple thing today.
