One failure

Friday, April 3
You tried and failed. But then gave up.
One bad relationship doesn’t mean they’ll all be bad.
One bad job doesn’t mean they’ll all be bad.
We know this, yet when it comes to our pursuit of growth we somehow believe that one bad moment, one failure, means that is how it is always going to be. And so we quit. We can be patient in every other area, but not with our own growth.
You won’t get where you want to be today. But you can get a step closer. It can be a messy, imperfect step, but it is still a step.
Be patient with the process. Don’t let one stumble stop you.
