Outcomes and Confidence

Monday, November 11
Can you separate yourself from the outcome?
You give the effort. You put in the preparation. You do the work. You take the risk.
All of it with the goal of getting a certain outcome, the specific vision you were working toward.
But what if it doesn’t work out? Because reality is that the outcome is never guaranteed. Certainty is not a promise of the journey. And if it is, you aren’t chasing big enough dreams.
Be the kind of person whose confidence and commitment don’t waver with outcomes. Care about the outcome, of course. Just don’t be defined by them. Don’t let them determine your peace, your confidence, your commitment.
When your identity is anchored in truth and not outcomes, you become unstoppable.
