Tomorrow isn’t here yet. Worrying about it won’t change it. You don’t get to decide what it looks like.
All you have is today. All you have is now. Learn from what happened yesterday and apply it to today. Set yourself up for a better tomorrow by being present today.
This is a struggle I see with athletes, with coaches, with CEOs, with leaders, with humans. Our mind wants to focus on everything we don’t have control over rather than the one thing we do have control over. We have to be intentional to own what’s now.
Failed the last presentation? It’s over. Own what’s now.
