Perfect

LeBron James has missed more shots than any NBA player in history (he’s also the all time leader in turnovers). Kobe Bryant is second on that list. Jordan? He comes in at ninth. Of the top 10 players with the most missed shots in NBA history, nine are in the Hall of Fame (the only one not in the Hall of Fame is Carmelo Anthony, and he’s not eligible for another two years).
If you want to go to other sports, Tom Brady has the most incomplete passes (Brett Favre has the most interceptions), while Reggie Jackson leads MLB in career strikeouts.
Hall of Famers. Best of the best. Leading their sport in mistakes. Yet they are known for the successes.
And here you are worried about being perfect. You don’t need to be perfect. You need to take the next shot, make the next play, take the next action, make the next decision.
Reject perfectionism. Stop dwelling on mistakes. Just get better.
