Mindset is not a personality trait.
Discipline is not a personality trait.
Resilience is not a personality trait.
Being positive is not a personality trait.
These are skills. Which is great news for you and me.
We tend to look at people who exhibit these behaviors and say it’s just who they are.
No, they practiced these things. They’ve been in environments that empowered these skills. To believe otherwise is simply us making excuses to not put the work in.
If you want to have a strong mindset, practice.
If you want to have more discipline, practice.
If you want to be resilient, practice.
If you want to be more positive, practice.
If you aren’t practicing these things, you are practicing the opposite. And what you practice today creates your future tomorrow.
Practice what makes you better.
