Your progress will upset some people.
Your pursuit of your potential will be a threat to those who are insecure, immature and stuck.

A reminder: you aren’t here to make other people comfortable. You are here to get better.

That isn’t permission to go be a jerk. To intentionally make people uncomfortable or upset them. But how others respond to your growth is not your responsibility. Don’t let that deter you from staying the course. Don’t limit or shrink yourself for their benefit.

Pursue your potential. Pursue growth. Pursue progress.
