What would you do if you weren’t afraid of failing?
Maybe a better question is, what would you do if you weren’t afraid of being seen as a failure?
Most of us try to do the “wise” and “reasonable” thing each day. That’s not always a bad thing. But if we’re honest, there’s something we know we should do. There’s the decision we know we should make. The thing we know we should say.
And then fear tells us that it’s not reasonable. That’s it not wise. It shows us what we’ll lose if we do it. It shows us what people will think of us if we do it. (fear is always certain it knows what will happen).
Here’s what I know: nobody ever made the impact they wanted to make, accomplished what they wanted to accomplish, or reached their potential by doing the reasonable thing every day.
Feel fear, take action.
