Remove the words

I can’t have the hard conversation.
I can’t make the situation better.
I can’t get healthy.
I can’t be a good leader.
I can’t create a better team culture.
I can’t close the deal.
I can’t get the job/promotion.

Remove those words from your vocabulary. We don’t let our kids say them. You shouldn’t allow yourself to say them.
