Required Inputs

Are you doing the things that lead to the outcomes you want?

We don’t always control outcomes, but we can give ourselves the best chance for the outcomes we want.

If you want to be healthy, there are certain inputs required to have the output of good health.

If you want a positive mindset, there are certain inputs required to have the output of a good mindset.

If you want a good culture, there are certain inputs required to have the output of a good culture.

So if you don’t like the outputs of your life, things like your level of peace, your influence, healthy relationships, physical health or your team culture, look at your inputs. You can’t expect good outcomes if you aren’t doing what is required for those outcomes. This results in frustration, bitterness, feelings of being overwhelmed and defeated.

If you want better outputs, it always starts with your inputs. Better habits lead to better results. Do the work.
