What have you stopped doing from last year?

You have new goals, dreams, and hopes for the new year, but that doesn’t mean you get to keep thinking and living like you did last year. Old habits don’t accomplish new goals.

So, what are you going to quit? What is one thing that, if you eliminated it from your life, would help you get closer to where you want to be this year? It may not even be a bad thing. It just may not be the right thing for you in this season.

Sacrifice isn’t optional. Many times, accomplishing our goals has as much to do with what we say “no” to as what we say “yes” to.

Do what you need to do.

Keep chopping wood. 🪵🪓
