Serve to Unlock

Leaders don’t serve people to make themselves look good.
Leaders don’t serve people to get them to do what they want.
Leaders don’t serve people to get their praise.
Leaders don’t serve people in hopes that they will then be served.
Leaders don’t serve people to make them work harder.

The only agenda a leader should have in serving people is to help them unlock their full potential.

Humility is the way.
