Shed your skin

A snake sheds its skin because it has outgrown it. What once served it now restricts it. What once protected it now prevents it. It’s not that the skin is bad or wrong. It is simply no longer useful. For the snake to grow into its full strength and potential, it needs new skin.
This is not a one-time thing. It will happen not just several times over the life of a snake, but several times per year.
Growth requires shedding the old.
Maybe it’s time to shed your skin. It could be an unhealthy skin of fear, doubt, shame, or uncertainty. Or it could just be that old beliefs that once served you no longer do. Mindsets that helped you through a previous season may limit you in the next season.
Shed what was so that you can become what is meant to be. It’s growing season.
Keep chopping wood. 🪵🪓
