In a world obsessed with hustle and velocity, intentional effort matters even more.

It doesn’t matter how hard you work or how fast you run if you are going in the wrong direction. 1mph in the right direction is better than 100mph going the wrong way. Movement is not the same as execution. The effort should be making you (and those around you) better. Is your process producing fruit?

The long, slow, boring work wins. Don’t hang your hat on working hard. Hang your hat on working hard on the right things.
