Stack confidence
Tuesday, March 5
Think back on the successes you’ve had. Think back to those mountaintop moments. Think back to the things you’ve accomplished, to the goals you’ve achieved, to the things you said you were going to do and then you did them.
That person is still in you.
Maybe you’ve fallen off the path. Maybe you’ve taken a few losses. Maybe you feel like things aren’t going your way.
Confidence is a tricky thing. A few off days and we start to believe that “failure” is who we are. Yet we have a stack of proof in our life that says otherwise. But that person who gets things done, who accomplishes their goals, who makes progress, who gets the win? That person just needs to be woken up again. They need to remember the person who showed up on purpose, who believed they could get it done, then attacked the day with confidence. Remember that they are that person. And commit to adding to that stack of wins today.
Remind yourself of who you are. Be confident in that version of you.
Then let that confidence drive your actions today.
