Start by Stopping

Oftentimes you don’t have to start by starting. You start by stopping. You avoid the outcomes you don’t want by avoiding the behaviors that create them.

Avoiding that late night snack.
Avoiding losing your temper.
Avoiding spending money you don’t have.
Avoiding gossip.
Avoiding comparing yourself to others.

The path to better begins with stopping what’s making you worse. What do you need to stop today?
