You’re stuck.
You’re in a frustrating situation.
You’re dissatisfied with the reality you are in.
You want things to be different. To be better.
You’re sick and tired of being sick and tired.
You’ve had enough.

Great. The question is, will you stay there or do something about it?

Because you have to remove the other person from the situation. You have to ignore the other issues that are playing a role. You have to block out what somebody else did or said or didn’t do or didn’t say.

And you have to look in the mirror. The person responsible for the change? They’re looking back at you. Maybe it’s uncomfortable. Maybe you want to look away. Maybe you want to put someone else in front of the mirror.

But you can’t. It is you. Waiting on them won’t change anything. Getting better always starts with the person in the mirror. With the action you take. With the decision you make. With the thoughts you think. With the effort you give.

Don’t look away. Don’t wait on someone else to take action. Don’t avoid the issue.
Take ownership today. Take a step today.
