The patterns

Wednesday, September 2

A common conversation I have with leaders and high-performers is how to not fall off the path under pressure. They have good intentions but when pressure rises, you don’t rise to your intentions.

You fall back on your patterns.

Pressure → Pattern → Performance

So pay attention to your patterns.

Do you rush? Get defensive? Shut down? Try to control everything? And more importantly, why?

When you become aware of your pattern, you have a better chance at influencing performance. What you do under

You can’t eliminate pressure, but you can train better defaults before they show up. Break your unhealthy patterns.
