We feel a heavy weight of responsibility to our teams, our families, and our organizations. We hate letting them down.
But we are often comfortable letting ourselves down.
You have a duty to yourself for how you show up. When you settle for low energy, distracted focus, or average effort, you are violating the contract you have with your own potential.
You are the most important project you will ever work on. If you don't respect your own talent enough to maximize it, no one else will.
Don’t wait for an audience to demand your best. You owe it to yourself to deliver it.
