Trust yourself

All virtual sessions (60 minutes) booked in December and January are half off - this is through BETTER as well as me personally (for my non-sports teams/org readers). The session doesn’t have to be in December or January, just booked during those months. Just reply to this email to lock it in.

You said you were going to start working out.
You said you were going to have the hard conversation.
You said you were going to get the coach.
You said you were going to take the course.
You said you were going to…

And then you got “busy” and forgot. Or it wasn’t the “right” time for you. Or you needed “more” information. Or you weren’t “ready” for it.

It’s hard to trust yourself when you keep breaking your commitments to yourself.
Do the thing you said you would do.

Commit, then align your feelings around the commitment.
