There’s a version of you that shows up today without purpose. That goes through the motions, that checks the boxes, that goes to the meetings, that gets the work done. This version doesn’t really contribute, doesn’t pay much attention or speak up in the meetings, doesn’t give their best effort to the work, just wants to get the job done because they have to. There are opportunities they could take but they find reasons to ignore them. They are worried about what others think of them, lacking confidence in their ability and value.

There’s a version of you that shows up today with purpose. That shows up with effort and care, that is focused on working at high level, engages in meetings, speaks up when they have something to day. This version makes an impact, makes things better, moves things forward. They are committed to figuring out what’s possible, going above and beyond what’s required of them. They take advantage of the opportunities in front of them, always looking for a way to grow. They are confident in who they are, don’t need the validation of others, yet are humble enough to know they can always learn.
