Want to
Monday, December 16
To help you/your team launch into 2025 with intention, I’m offering half off my virtual team sessions in December and January. These will be 1 hour sessions with your team, covering your pick of topic: leadership, mindset, communication, overcoming adversity, the process of greatness. More than twenty teams across a variety of industries have already claimed spots. If you’re interested, just shoot me an email here.
Most people like the idea of being successful. They like the idea of being a leader. They like the idea of being healthy. They like the idea of being resilient.
What they don’t like? The work required to become those things. The work required to get from where they are to where they want to be.
And so they avoid the work. Not because they aren’t capable, but because they aren’t willing. Because they don’t “like” it. Because it’s not fun or convenient. Even worse, they then turn and judge those who are where they want to be. “Well, they had it easy.” “It was handed to them.” “It’s more difficult for me.”
No. Getting better is difficult for everyone. Accomplishing your goals is difficult for everyone. You can be given everything you possibly need to be successful, and still manage to fall short if you don’t do the work that is required.
You know what you want. You know what you have to do. You have what it takes. The question is, will you do what is required?
