Watching and Doing

You can watch or you can do. But watching is not doing.

You can watch others do the work.
You can watch others take the reps.
You can watch others take the risk.
You can watch others speak up.
You can watch others get in the arena.

And you can learn from them. But eventually, you must do the work. Watching keeps you on the sidelines. Doing gets you in the game.

Be about the doing.
